The number one thing I can say is, Jamie is Perfect. She came in during chaos on the day and was ready to work and make sure our dog Luna Mochi was taken care of and had everything she needed. There is always a little stress when you are trusting someone new with your dog, Jamie is someone I would trust over and over again, within minutes she made us feel like she was part of the family and has known us for years. She truly goes above and beyond, not only helping us with Luna but with other things throughout the day. She made sure Luna had everything she needed, took behind the scenes photos that truly warm my heart, and safely got our girl to boarding after. She always put the needs of Luna Mochi above anything else, I cannot recommend enough. If I ever need help with our girl again she is going to be my first call.
